A Message from Principal Dr. Holiday

Welcome to our Disciplinary Alternative Education Program (DAEP), where every student is valued, supported, and given the opportunity to grow. My name is Dr. Stacie Holiday, and I am honored to serve as the Principal of this campus. With over 20 years of experience working with both middle school and high school students, I have seen firsthand the incredible potential in every learner—especially when they are met with the right guidance, care, and structure.

At our DAEP, we believe in second chances and fresh starts. This is more than a place for redirection—it’s a place for reflection, restoration, and renewed purpose. Our program is designed not only to maintain academic progress but to help students build the skills they need to return to their home campus stronger, more focused, and more equipped to succeed.

I approach my role with a trauma-informed mindset, recognizing that every student has a story. Those stories shape who we are—but they do not define who we can become. We are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment where students are not judged by their past mistakes, but encouraged to grow from them. Every day is a new opportunity to be better than we were the day before.

Our team works together to set high expectations, foster positive behavior, and support emotional and academic development. We partner with families, home campuses, and community resources to ensure each student’s journey leads back to a successful and sustainable path forward.

I look forward to working with you and your student. Together, we will navigate this chapter and prepare for a brighter future.

With commitment and care,

Dr. Stacie Holiday

With 15 years of dedicated service in secondary education, I bring a wealth of experience within academic instruction and student mentorship. My passion lies in fostering environments where every student can thrive academically and personally. I've worked to create inclusive school cultures that prioritize equity, respect, and community.

Our implementation of PBIS has focused on proactive strategies to define, teach, and support appropriate student behaviors, leading to improved academic outcomes and a positive school climate.

I firmly believe in the power of diversity and the importance of community partnerships. Collaborating closely with parents, educators, and community stakeholders, I've aimed to ensure that each student's unique needs are met, paving the way for their success in today's society.

My commitment to education is rooted in the belief that with the right support and opportunities, all students can achieve excellence.
